An unconference is as much a new philosophy on group collaboration, learning styles, and leadership as it is a new way to organize a conference. The short definition is a conference where the content of the sessions are created and managed by the participants. An unconference utilizes several free or low cost web tools in order to be as effective as possible.

The purpose of this project is to compile the best practices in unconferencing so that anyone can start today to organize their upcoming conference or leadership weekend using these philosophy.
